📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Monitor and control financial performance,Prepare and analyze financial statements,Manage the accounting budget and forecast,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide guidance and support to the accounting team,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus
