📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present weekly sales reports to the store manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
