Store Gold Corporindo is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Surabaya. As a key member of our front office, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests with a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their stay is smooth and enjoyable.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle any guest complaints or concerns, and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
