QUARK Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for vendors and employees.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior bookkeepers and finance team members.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
