📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the proper use and storage of pharmaceutical products.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants, ensuring they are trained and performing at their best.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all pharmacy records and reports.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure the proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy and the overall success of the company.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and implement best practices in the pharmacy.,Ensure the pharmacy is a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of pharmacist assistants.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
