📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts
  • Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content
  • Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates
  • Work with designers and developers to create user-friendly documentation
  • Provide technical support to customers through documentation and other resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
