📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and food costs.
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.
  • Oversee staff training and development to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
