Aboitiz Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health, Environment & Security (SHES) Assistant Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as managing our environmental and security protocols. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHES policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and guidance to employees on SHES matters, including emergency response procedures.,Monitor and report on SHES performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.,Investigate and document incidents and accidents to prevent future occurrences.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of SHES considerations into all aspects of project planning and execution.,Ensure the proper management and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.,Develop and maintain a strong security program to protect company assets and personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Security, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHES management, with a focus on construction or a similar industry.,Certification in Safety, Health, Environment, or Security (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successful SHES program implementation and improvement.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
