📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources.,Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training and guidance.,Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.,Handle tax calculations and filings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
