In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting for our investment funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting and financial reporting for investment funds, including month-end and quarter-end processes.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.,Oversee the reconciliation of fund assets and liabilities, including cash, securities, and derivatives.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support investment decision-making.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Manage a team of junior accountants and provide guidance and mentorship.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
