In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and deliver effective training solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from employees and managers.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training programs into business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor junior learning and development staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems is a plus.
