📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure proper stock rotation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
