In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's objectives and the needs of the employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill the team.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by identifying training needs for new hires.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs are relevant and beneficial.,Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
