📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety management plans for construction projects.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HSE training programs for project teams.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide guidance and advice to project teams on HSE matters.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.
- Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
