Instrumentation Technician

Rubberflex Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, or other locations across Bali. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our critical manufacturing systems, ensuring seamless production processes.

In this role, you will daily interact with various instruments and systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and other industrial automation tools. You'll work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure that our systems run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and other industrial automation tools.
• Monitor and calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing solutions to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to our manufacturing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid downtime and ensure system longevity.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance data for record-keeping and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in the workplace.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in industrial automation (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA systems) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industrial instruments, sensors, and control systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
