As a Merchandise Collector at Icelab, you'll be responsible for collecting and managing merchandise to ensure our stores are well-stocked and organized. You'll work with our distribution team to receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory, and then distribute it to our retail stores. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that our merchandise is displayed attractively and meets our quality standards.

• Collect and manage merchandise to ensure our stores are well-stocked and organized.
• Work with our distribution team to receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Distribute merchandise to our retail stores efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
• Ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and meets our quality standards.
• Work closely with our retail team to address any merchandise issues or shortages.
• Assist in organizing and participating in inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandise management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the retail or merchandise management industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 kg.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
