As an Electrical Executive, you'll be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining high-voltage electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement high-voltage electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as IEEE and IEC.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of high-voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in high-voltage technology and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical systems, preferably in the oleochemical industry.
• Certification in high-voltage systems and safety, such as NECA, NETA, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including IEEE and NEC.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
