📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Mandarin speakers and English speakers.
• Work closely with our team of import and export specialists to ensure smooth communication and accurate translations for our clients.
• Provide high-quality translation services to our clients, using industry-standard tools such as Trados Studio and MemoQ.
• Collaborate with other translators and language professionals to ensure consistent and accurate translations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the international trade industry.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
• Be responsible for managing and maintaining our translation database, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator or in a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard translation tools such as Trados Studio and MemoQ.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
