As the Head of Business Development, Projects & Engineering in Canggu, Bali, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our QSR expansion initiatives. Your mission is to develop and implement business strategies that will enhance our market presence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our engineering projects are executed flawlessly, delivering high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources effectively, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. With a strong background in business development and engineering, you will bring a fresh perspective to our team and help us achieve our expansion goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development and project management, with a focus on QSR expansion.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
