📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of commercial vessels, ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks on vessels.
• Monitor vessel performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with maritime laws, international standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members on safety and operational procedures.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pengawas Kapal Niaga or a similar role in the maritime industry.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) as a Pengawas Kapal Niaga.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and international conventions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid sea service record and good health status.
