In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be crucial in building trust and establishing long-term partnerships. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 10,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with Chinese clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication in Mandarin.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in advertising.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid work permit for Bali.
