📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Conduct stress analysis and simulations using ANSYS to ensure product reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing instructions.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product quality.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and materials science.
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
