📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
• Train and mentor junior accountants and staff to maintain high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
