📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their service needs.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools such as VCDS or VAG-COM.
• Estimate repair costs and present them to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all service transactions using our in-house management system.
• Promote and sell additional services and products to customers.
• Stay updated with the latest Volkswagen service protocols and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Volkswagen vehicles and their service requirements.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as VCDS or VAG-COM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Certification in customer service or automotive service would be an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
